Who are we?
We are Chris and Ken McCafferty. We have been married for 30+ years and have been blessed with five awesome kids and one grand son! In our former lives, Chris was a nurse and Ken was a teacher. The two things we enjoy the most are spending time with our kids and their families, and travelling the USA in an RV!! We used to take advantage of every long break; Spring, Summer, Thanksgiving and Christmas to hit the road and see what we could see! But, now we live it EVERY DAY!!
Where are we?
At the moment we are work-camping in the Texas panhandle. We are working as housekeepers for the five cabins at a small campground in Silverton, Texas.
What's the plan?
After working our careers for decades, we have had enough of the rat race and outlined a plan to be able to leave our careers, hit the road in an RV, and work-camp our way around the USA!!! What's Our Mission and Vision?
Very simple- Live the life we have been blessed with, see the great beauty our God has created for us to see, relax and enjoy each other, our family, our friends and the people we have yet to meet!
